interpreter. The code works, however, there are some elements that are not clear that might be
implemented in other tiny parsers here,

Regardless of the syntax of choice it would be great to have a bootstrap syntax for all the functions, libraries, packages that are just above the tier 1. I just peeled my way thru the racket installer, awesome, nice to have sqlite3 lib but then there was no ODBC or TDS. This was terribly diappointing.
