I’ll summarise it this way… the TV, once connected to a network, will try to “phone home”. If you have not changed created a user account with a reasably secure password for yourself with the mnufacturer’s service then there is a pretty good chance that someone may try to hack. Once thy are in the bad actor may have access to your microphone, camera and face recognition.

This assumes that the bad actor has access to the manufacturer’s service and you have weak credentials. All of which are likely.
