Langs Langs Langs

I made some huge strides in the tcl-dsl project. But the more progress I made the more I realize that it’s a big project to chew. I still believe there is something to the simple syntax and that if the tech world melted down it could be re-primed with TCL written in BASIC.

For some strange reason I was forced to swing back to nim and zig. They are interesting languages but they suck. They have some interesting ideas but they’ve forgotten that the language war is based on getting shit done and not the swanky new feature.

TCL has a simple parser. The parser itself does not take much effort. (The lua grammar and parser is more complicated but it is cleaner.)

So I’m back in the same place.
