I like OpenBSD and I like what they stand for and how they get there. But unfortunately I keep running into showstoppers that need to be addressed but the only resource is me. There are many areas where OpenBSD is close to EOL. In the last 2 days:

• running the fan too high because it cannot read all the sensors
• cannot update the resolv.conf with whatever options the VPN server pushes.
• iSCSI even though they say network file systems are bad for you it would still be better if it were accurate, complete and documented.

There is a lot of DIY and not so much automation.
