I’m starting a Perl version of the python tool restmq. Restmq is really cool but my only complaint is that it uses cyclone; the tornadoweb server lookalike written for twisted. Sure, I’d be justified porting it to tornadoweb but after spending time with mojolicious it seems like a better fit and more fun. Contributors are welcome: http://github.com/rbucker881/perrestmq
